(Manitoba RCMP)A 32-year-old man who police were looking for after a 23-year-old was fatally shot on a western Manitoba First Nation has turned himself in, police say.An arrest warrant was issued for Ferlin Bone, 32, on a second-degree murder charge in connection with the Sunday shooting, RCMP said in a Wednesday news release. Later in the day, RCMP said Bone had turned himself in.The Manitoba First Nation Police Service was called about a shooting in Waywayseecappo First Nation — about 280 kilometres northwest of Winnipeg, near the Saskatchewan border — around 6:15 p.m. Sunday, according to the RCMP.Police found a 23-year-old man suffering from a gunshot wound. He was taken to hospital in critical condition and later died from his injuries.RCMP took charge of the investigation, and say they identified a suspect who left the area in a red SUV after the shooting. That vehicle was later found abandoned outside of Waywayseecappo.RCMP say Bone and the victim, whom they did not name, knew each other.
