The Sydney native wound up in a tie for fifth place, posting a two-day total of nine-over-par 153 (75-78). Floyd, along with Cale Guyaux (76-77, 153 total) and Corson Roach (72-81, 153 total), rounded out the fifth-place finishers.Article content“(Floyd) didn’t have his best weekend,” said Donnie Rowe, general manager of the Lingan Golf and Country Club. “He had a driver malfunction — the base of his driver sort of exploded on him on Saturday. He got a replacement, but it obviously wasn’t the same. I think he struggled with that.Article content“It was unfortunate, because Clayton’s such a great guy.
