(Submitted by Manitoba RCMP)A 41-year-old Dauphin man missing since Sept. 18 has been found dead, say RCMP.No criminality is suspected in Ernest Chartrand’s death, police said in a news release on Monday.No information was provided on where or when Chartrand was located.RCMP initially put out a news release on Sept. 22, asking for the public help in finding him.It said he had connections in the Winnipegosis and Camperville areas, but was believed to still be in the Dauphin area.
