Some areas could see up to 20 centimetres.Environment Canada has issued a “yellow” warning for most of the region, with the exceptions of the northern Outaouais and the Belleville area.The weather service’s new warning scale rises from yellow to orange for significantly disruptive weather events, and red for dangerous conditions.
