(Jean-Sébastien Marier/CBC)A man riding a motorcycle was fatally injured in a single-vehicle crash near the north end of Colonel By Drive Sunday evening, according to Ottawa paramedics.Emergency crews were called to the crash near Daly Avenue around 8:40 p.m., paramedics said.Bystanders, then paramedics tried to help the critically injured rider before they were taken to hospital in life-threatening condition.The rider, who paramedics did not identify, was pronounced dead at the hospital.Colonel By has reopened.
