It’s a yellow watch, the lowest level on Environment Canada’s new three-colour scale for watches and warnings.Forecasters expect the weather to have a moderate impact on the region, and say driving conditions could become difficult.Temperatures in the wider region are expected to drop significantly. In Petawawa, Ont., the temperature is expected to plunge from 0 C at 4 p.m. Wednesday to –14 C by 4 a.m. Thursday.The watch in the Outaouais covers one corner of a wider storm affecting parts of Ontario and Quebec.
