The person taken to hospital has since been upgraded to stable, a Winnipeg Police Service spokesperson said in an email Friday morning.Emergency responders were on scene Thursday evening.A badly damaged car with airbags deployed was parked on the side of the road, while a motorcycle missing its front wheel sat nearby.The investigation continues, but police said no charges are expected.Police were at the scene of the crash on Winnipeg’s Osborne Street Thursday night.
