RNC collision reconstructionists were engaged to assist with the ongoing investigation.Article contentThe 40-year-old ATV driver was issued Summary Offence Tickets for operating with a suspended license and without valid insurance, as well as tickets under the Off-Road Vehicles Act.Article contentThe ATV was seized.Article contentThe RNC in a news release says it continues to urge the public to report dangerous and impaired driving directly to police by calling 911.
