The suspect vehicle was last observed passing a red light at the intersection of Columbus Drive with Empire Avenue.Article contentA short time later, patrol officers located the suspect vehicle abandoned, and still running, stopped on an embankment at the roadside in the area of Old Pennywell Road. RNC Police Dog Services attended to assist, but the operator was not located.Article contentThe RNC is seeking any information related to a vehicle of this description, and any video footage that may assist in identifying the operator.
