A worker was seriously hurt after a wall fell and landed on their leg at a construction site.“These are unfortunate situations that you take seriously and we’re working hard to improve,” Bryan McCrea, co-founder of 3twenty Modular, said in an interview.”We’ve rectified all the issues that were identified and continued to build a strong safety culture and program.”Saskatoon provincial court heard that the company failed to ensure the hoist, crane and all rigging were properly maintained and safely operated.It also failed to ensure workers handling rigging were properly trained.3Twenty Modular received two fines, plus surcharges, for a combined total of $100,000.
