Officers learned youths had “been sprayed with a sensory irritant by two men known to them,” according to a news release.Article contentArticle contentArticle contentAt about 8:50 p.m., two men were arrested.  Article contentRCMP said one 18-year-old Halifax man who wasn’t identified was released on conditions and will make an appearance in Dartmouth provincial court. Article contentA second 18-year-old, Jack Steele Stanley of Halifax, has been charged with possession of a weapon for a dangerous purpose, assault with a weapon, two counts of failure to comply with a youth sentence or disposition, and three counts of possession of a weapon contrary to order. Article contentStanley was also arrested on an outstanding warrant for failing to appear in court on theft charges. He is set to appear Tuesday in Dartmouth provincial court. Article content
