Article contentA second 18-year-old, Jack Steele Stanley of Halifax, has been charged with possession of a weapon for a dangerous purpose, assault with a weapon, two counts of failure to comply with a youth sentence or disposition, and three counts of possession of a weapon contrary to order. Article contentStanley was also arrested on an outstanding warrant for failing to appear in court on theft charges. He is set to appear Tuesday in Dartmouth provincial court. Article content
