(CBC)A 40-year-old woman from Upper Cape, N.B., died in a two-vehicle collision on Friday night.RCMP responded to a crash around 11 p.m. on Route 16 near Baie-Verte, a community south of Port Elgin.Police believe the crash occurred when the woman’s vehicle crossed the dividing line and collided with an oncoming transport truck, according to a release.The woman was pronounced dead at the scene. Police say the transport truck driver was not injured.An investigation is underway.
