(Aniekan Etuhube/CBC)Some wildfires in New Brunswick are still considered out of control, but the two largest, in Northumberland County, haven’t grown, according to the provincial dashboard.The Beaver Lake Stream fire is listed as 238 hectares and the Chief’s fire as 218 hectares — the same sizes as Wednesday.According to an update posted just before 9:30 a.m. on Thursday, there are 19 active fires in New Brunswick.Five of those are out of control. Those five are Chief’s, Beaver Lake Stream, Mount Goold, Rocky Brook and Green Brook — all in the northern half of the province.Crown land remains closed with some exceptions for certain businesses.The province is still closed to burning.
