(Darryl Dyck/The Canadian Press)A 23-year-old man from Winnipeg drowned Thursday in Caddy Lake in Manitoba’s Whiteshell Provincial Park.Emergency crews were called around 1:20 p.m. after two men went into the water but only one resurfaced, said a news release from the RCMP.Members of the local fire department found the missing man under water.He was pronounced dead at the scene.RCMP continue to investigate.More news from CBC Manitoba:
