(Radio-Canada)A 17-year-old was taken to hospital after the van he was driving and a school bus crashed in Winnipeg’s Richmond West neighbourhood.City police say the teen’s condition has been upgraded to stable in the aftermath of the collision, which happened around 3:30 p.m. Wednesday in the first block of Keslar Road, just east of Waverley Street.Officers at the scene checked in with the students to ensure they were safe, and the school bus was not significantly damaged, police said in a Thursday news release.Police are asking anyone with footage of the other vehicle — a grey passenger van — or information as to how it was being driven to contact investigators at 204-986-7085 or anonymously at Crime Stoppers.They say the van had been driven in the area of Lee Boulevard south of Bison Drive, between Pembina Highway and Waverley Street, before the collision.
