Pegui Yamakoua was last seen on Magnus Avenue, between Salter and Charles streets, at 8 a.m. on Wednesday, Winnipeg police said in a news release on Friday. Police describe Yamakoua as five feet eight inches tall, 130 pounds with a thin build, and black and brown eyes. No clothing description was available, police said.
