(Submitted by Winnipeg Police Service)Winnipeg police are asking for help to identify a person for a wellness check.The person, who police describe as 60 to 70 years old, was last seen near Mulvey Avenue and Stafford Street around 6 a.m. on Thursday, according to an alert.They are described as about five feet, nine inches tall, with a slim build and grey hair, according to police. They were wearing a black polo T-shirt with a design on the front, as well as blue jeans and Birkenstock sandals. The person was using a walker with a shopping bag in it.Police are concerned about the person’s well-being and ask anyone who may have seen them, or has information on their whereabouts, to contact 911 or Winnipeg police at 204-986-6222.More from CBC Manitoba:
