(CBC)A 29-year-old woman faces manslaughter charges in the death of a man who, RCMP say, she dropped off at a hospital in Portage la Prairie.Police were called around 5 a.m. Saturday after “a seriously injured” man was left at the hospital in the southwestern Manitoba city, according to an RCMP news release.Officers rushed over but were told the 30-year-old man had died, the Monday release stated.Police say the woman took the man to the hospital and left. Her vehicle was later found parked outside a residence on 5th Street SE, the same street on which the hospital is located.The woman faces a charge of manslaughter and will appear in court at a later date.No information was provided on the man’s injuries or the relationship between the man and woman.More news from CBC Manitoba:
