He was last seen wearing a red baseball cap with a white triangle on the front of it, as well as a dark blue fleece jacket with a white collared shirt and white-soled sneakers.Anyone with information on Paul’s whereabouts is asked to contact the Winnipeg police missing persons unit at 204-986-6250.Silver alerts are issued when vulnerable adults go missing.More from CBC News:
