(Radio-Canada)A  man is dead after being shot early Tuesday in Winnipeg’s West End.Brenton Sean Paul Harper, 30, was found around 1 a.m. by police responding to a report of shots fired on Agnes Street, off Ellice Avenue.Officers provided emergency care before Harper was rushed to hospital in critical condition. He has since succumbed to his wounds and his death is being investigated as a homicide, police said in a news release Wednesday.Harper, a member of Garden Hill First Nation, was living in Winnipeg.Anyone with video surveillance or information that could help investigators is asked to contact the homicide unit at 204-986-6508.Anonymous tips can also be made by calling Crime Stoppers 204-786-8477 or submitting them online.
