The information is provided as a public service and vigilante activity will not be tolerated, the news release from the joint RCMP-Winnipeg Police Service unit said. Mercredi stands five feet, 10 inches tall, weighs about 180 pounds and has several tattoos, including that of a bear claw on his left upper arm, a skull on his left forearm, the number 1501 on his left hand, as well as a bear and skull on his right forearm.
