Witnesses on scene advised that a male had been asked to leave a nearby establishment and became irate and used a skateboard to break the windows.Article contentWhile investigating, the RNC received an additional complaint of damage that had just occurred to a parked vehicle in the area, and the suspect’s description matched that of the initial complaints.Article contentOfficers located the suspect on Water Street where he fled on foot.
